Game Of Thrones: Recap episode 20 'Valar Morghulis'

Game Of Thrones: Inside Look episode 20 'Valar Morghulis'

I know this post is way late. But I just couldn't make myself post them before. It was/is absolutely depressing! These are the last of the 'Recap & Inside Look' videos for Game Of Thrones Season 2.

Dredd Poster

Here's the full synopsis:

The future America is an irradiated wasteland. On its East Coast, running from Boston to Washington DC, lies Mega City One- a vast, violent metropolis where criminals rule the chaotic streets. The only force of order lies with the urban cops called "Judges" who possess the combined powers of judge, jury and instant executioner. Known and feared throughout the city, Dredd (Karl Urban) is the ultimate Judge, challenged with ridding the city of its latest scourge - a dangerous drug epidemic that has users of "Slo-Mo" experiencing reality at a fraction of its normal speed.
During a routine day on the job, Dredd is assigned to train and evaluate Cassandra Anderson (Olivia Thirlby), a rookie with powerful psychic abilities thanks to a genetic mutation. A heinous crime calls them to a neighborhood where fellow Judges rarely dare to venture- a 200 story vertical slum controlled by prostitute turned drug lord Ma-Ma (Lena Headey) and her ruthless clan. When they capture one of the clan's inner circle, Ma-Ma overtakes the compound's control center and wages a dirty, vicious war against the Judges that proves she will stop at nothing to protect her empire. With the body count climbing and no way out, Dredd and Anderson must confront the odds and engage in the relentless battle for their survival.

There hasn't been a trailer released yet but with a theater date set for September, there's still time. If I were a betting person I'd say 'Dredd' is waiting for Comic-Con in July to make its big marketing push. And because a  lot of people have short attention spans, and marketing campaigns are expensive, they may save the heavy hitting for later in the summer.

You can follow the updates at their official website Dredd, on Dredd's Facebook page, and at Lionsgate.com.

Hopefully there'll be a Ma-Ma poster. But if not, well, we'll just have to make one...

This video was taken by Emily Borrowdale at the Game Of Thrones discussion panel featuring Lena Headey (Cersei), Natalia Tena (Osha) & Roxanne McKee (Doreah). Emily has added annotations because its kind of hard to make out some of the conversation. The video has been re-sized to fit this blog post, so some of the captions get cut off. To fix this, hit the button to watch it in full screen or watch it on youtube. Thank you very, very, much Emily. You get, like a ton of Lenaholic cool points!

Natalia Tena gives one the best answers EVER! to the question, 'What would you do if you were on the Iron Throne?' And Lena's House Motto??? ...Yes, please! Its good to be bad!

I prefer the jazzy version of 'A Case of You'. If you check out this song, which version you like better?
